TI-84 Plus CE, TI-Nspire CX and TI-Nspire CX CAS have the rechargeable battery option. Other three got alkaline battery and other options for power. Only TI-Nspire CX has the computer software feature.

3. Appropriate courses:  
                                 TI-Nspire CX CAS and TI-89 Titanium are not suitable for pre algebra and algebra 1 & 2 courses. Here TI-89 Titanium is not very effective for trigonometry. On the other hand, TI-83 Plus is not suitable for pre-calculus and geometry. AP calculus is suitable for all but AP statistics and business and finance can not be done by the TI-89 Titanium calculator. College math, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physical science, earth science and life science are not suitable for TI-83 Plus, TI-84 Plus and TI-84 Plus CE. Rest of the calculators can perform these courses efficiently (TI-89 Titanium has some restrictions). Physics and AP chemistry is suitable for all of these calculators mentioned above.
